When was the last time you visited? I think it's been more than 2 years since I last looked and it seemed to be slow then. The Silhouette machine seems to be the most popular one now. I also have a Cricut expression and sold the baby bug machine. I figured when it finally dies, I'll make the switch then. I have found some inspiration by searching pinterest with the name of the cartridge.

It has been shut down for at least 6 months. About the time they released the Explore. They shut it down shortly after that. Too much discontent... LOL

The Explore is as popular as any machine on the market right now. There are several Facebook groups out there that you can join.

I just did this too. I was all "what happened!?!?!?" So I just "had" to find out.... posted to the Cricut Chat forum on June 3, 2015 Hi, Cricut friends! We are sorry to announce that the public Cricut forums will be shutting down on June 17, 2015. We have experienced a large number of spam posts in the last few months. These posts are causing many issues on Cricut.com. As a small team, we have spent a large amount of time maintaining message boards. We would like to concentrate those resources on improving Design Space®, Cricut Craft Room®, and other improvements you have asked for. Shutting the message boards down will allow us to provide the best experience for all our Cricut family. We understand that these message boards are a place where you have made friends and held conversations. However, when we created the message boards, we didn’t have social media platforms like Facebook. These social media are also places where Cricut fans make friends and talk about Cricut machines, projects, and life in general. Since they aren’t cluttered with spam, you’ll find them a better place to carry on your relationships with your Cricut friends. We’ve chosen the June 17 date to give you time to identify other groups where you can continue to have those exchanges. Please keep sharing projects and conversations on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. If you have questions about products or need to contact Customer Care, please visit www.cricut.com/support. Sincerely yours, The Cricut team

Everyone has flocked to FB groups! They are fast pace and you get answers way quicker. I have joined several groups that have helped me greatly with my new Explore. I always found the Cricut boards slow and you could wait for weeks for answers. The spam attack made things worse. Cricut has a FB page but i find the other groups more informative. I like the I Luv My Cricut page. Friendly group of crafters and the 3 admins are great!

It has been shut down for at least 6 months. About the time they released the Explore. They shut it down shortly after that. Too much discontent... LOL No that's not true. The board was slow because there weren't many people on there and getting answers was a pain in the butt. It's why I went to FB groups. Way more helpful! The Explore was released last year. I got mine at Christmas and haven't touched my Expression 2 since. I love my machine. I've had some blips but then with technology that can happen. Cricut is quick to make fixes and they have been adding more features along the way.

No that's not true. The board was slow because there weren't many people on there and getting answers was a pain in the butt. It's why I went to FB groups. Way more helpful! Oh - there was a lot of unhappiness there for a while. And spammers. SO many spammers. A lot of people left because it was just not as fun or productive as it used to be, and a couple queen bees really took the life out of it. The old Cricut boards were just amazing at one time. I agree - the Facebook boards are so nice THey are so helpful and it is a lot easier to post on them. Cricut has come around a long way in fixing things. The Imagine was about the nail in their coffin - but they have really improved on about everything since then. I jumped ship and have been happy with my Silhouette - but I am glad to see the Explore works so well, especially for those who had so much invested in the carts. It was a good thing

If this is the case, they need to remove the "message board" button from their navigation bar.

If this is the case, they need to remove the "message board" button from their navigation bar. I believe they still have a message board for the "Circle" group. You have to be a part of that group to read the messages and post.
