We are looking at all inclusive resorts in Mexico. We will be going with other families with young kids. (all under 8 years old). Does anyone have one that they love? It doesn't have to be Mexico. Anywhere with a great beach, kid activities included, and good food/drinks is good for us.

We like the Iberostar Paraiso Maya located between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. It has a lazy river, kids water park area, lots of pools, good food, and a great beach.

We loved Dreams Puerto Aventuras in Riviera Maya. It is a small resort so you never have to worry about where the kids are. It also has a large protected bay that is really safe for swimming. Tons of pool games and activities for kids.

I was here in July. It was also my first time doing all-inclusive. Coming from Los Angeles, the travel time was terrible. But the resort was nice, and there is plenty to do. We did have a great time while we were there. It was literally half the price of our Hawaii vacation.

We loved Azul Fives on the Mayan Riviera. We liked that the resort wasn't too big, that the restaurants were all sit down, and that e kids club counsellors engaged our kids at the pool and on the beach. We could be sitting I. Our lounge chairs watching our kids in the pool and he counsellors would say 'hey m and b (yes, they took the time to learn our girls' names) come and play soccer on the beach with us'. Or 'come and play uno or jenga with us on the grass' or 'come and make gaucomole with us'. Whatever t was, my shy girls felt happy to go. The best thing was That from our lunge chairs at the pool. We could see our girls with the kids camp counsellors when they were on the beach, at the pool, or on the grass. My girls always felt comfortable and if they wanted to come back to us a counsellor would walk them back to us.
Food was good, too.
We had a roof top deck that was huge to accommodate a private party, if you ever wanted to have dinner with just all of your friends / kids then you could arrange to have it delivered.

My sister and BIL have gone to Beaches Turks & Caicos a couple of times and they love it!! Everything is included and except for a couple of the restaurants, everything is family oriented. She's been with kids from ages 1 1/2 to 11 and all of them had a great time.

They did warn to expect kids, especially at peak times it is extremely busy with families. We had a reservation last summer, but ultimately decided to rent a condo instead as we wanted to concentrate on diving and have a bit more quiet.

Some of these sound like fun places! We were thinking of an all-inclusive during spring break. Must check these out.
