DH has a Nikon SLR and wants to buy some new lenses. He has about 6 old lenses that he would like to sell but doesn't know where to start other than ebay. Any ideas?

some camera companies will buy them off of you. not sure if you'll get bang for your buck, but try adorama or BH Photo.

There's a great site called www.keh.com for used camera equipment to buy or sell. DH and I have bought a few pieces there and have been happy with everything we have bought. I love this site. Debbie in MD.

I'll second KEH. Haven't sold anything with them yet but they have a very good reputation. I think going local is also usually a nice option.

I've sold on ebay and locally on a Facebook photography group.

I've sold on Craigslist and had great transactions. I've bought on fredmitanda.com a couple of times.

I've bought on a Nikon buy and sell facebook group.
I've looked at buying at a local camera shop that rents and sell used lenses, but they are mainly Canon.
PLus the camera stores like B+H and Adorama
