Do you think Pinterest has helped in your scrappiness for inspiration etc?
The gallery at 2peas was starting to lose its everyday scrapability to me. It was mostly full of design team stuff, which was beautiful but not necessarily obtainable.
I don't use pinterest all the time, and I only go on it maybe 3 times a week, but it seems more useful to me.
I think it inspires me more. I search for specific dies I have and find projects that have them in it. I search themes. It just seems more versatile.

OMG yes, yes, yes! Pinterest has kept my love of scrapbooking alive. Every time I think I want to give it up I browse Pinterest and I get inspired and excited to create. It's much more about art therapy for me than capturing memories. I love Shutterfly books so I could always do photo books for picures. Sadly the 2 Peas gallery was getting kinda blah lately. And anytime I like a page I pinned it to Pinterest rather than bookmark it.

I'm actually very good with my pinterest. I go thru it sort it, even delete stuff I'm hoping I can keep it that way. I still have my idea binder, which I printed off examples I liked from various sources.

Love Pinterest! Beats clipping stuff out of magazines and then trying to find something later.
I think it HAS kept people inspired to scrapbook, which is a good thing!

I love Pinterest but I will tell you Instagram has really been so helpful to me keeping me scrapping! I follow tons of scrappers and they are always posting pics! I'm following this one page that is by 2 well know DT people (drawing a blank on their names lol) they host challenges...it's a lot of fun.

I love Pinterest because it has regular layouts done by people who aren't on design teams, pushing tons of product. It is now my inspiration.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't use it for scrappy inspiration! I started a layout board, but never added much to it. I use it almost daily for recipes, so I don't know why I haven't done scrapbooking!

I don't really use Pinterest (or galleries) in that way so I guess it doesn't really affect me, but I have always preferred Pinterest. I, too, didn't like how "commercial" the 2Peas gallery became with every other layout being for this DT or that. We get it, you're promoting for a company, great....
I usually use Pinterest when I want to *feel* crafty without actually doing anything crafty. I'll also use Pinterest, or google, or blogs, when I have an idea for something but am unsure about the execution. So I'll go search to see if someone has done it before and how I might emulate them. For example, I got this idea for a painting with a woman's hair blowing around her face with a space-y background. I searched Pinterest and Google to see different versions of a woman with her hair around her and different versions of space, both real and illustrated.

I use Pinterest for lots of inspiration, but not as much for scrapping. I did create a 2peas board so I could save some of my bookmarks and other gallery LO's once 2peas is gone for good. When I pinned a bunch of LO's it hi lighted other boards those LO's were also pinned to, so I think I will use it more.

I absolutely LOVE Pinterest!! Where I scrap at a crop and in the summer where I seasonal camp, there is no wifi. So I take pics of my Pinterest scrapbooking boards with my iPad and then I have layout ideas at my fingertips. I used to cut out layouts from magazines and put in a binder, but I don't even buy magazines anymore thanks to Pinterest.

I make a lot of cards and invitations for my kids' birthday parties and I love all of the inspiration! I just think of a basic concept and type in those key words and so many ideas pop up. I love all of the tutorials too because it makes learning a new technique easy.

I don't use it often but I pinned all my 2peas bookmarked layouts there, so maybe in the future.
