He really did! Apparently on eBay you can get a $50 Michael's gift card for $40. So I said yes I want the Fiskars Procision Trimmer (I ruined my beloved MM trimmer several months ago). Then he says I'll get two cards and you can save $20 AND have extra $ to buy paper so you'll have something to cut. Hahaha, if he only knew. So the Procision is regularly $120, I can use a 40% off, and save $20 by using his gift cards, making it $52. So now I'm all excited about the new trimmer. The only issue is that they are actual GC's not electronic so I have to wait for them to get here. I that man! UPDATE: I got the Fiskars Procision yesterday! So far I love it. It's pretty heavy duty. But two things are different from my beloved MM trimmer. 1. It's big and I had to rearrange my desk a bit. and 2. It takes a bit of more push to get the blade housing to move, but it's not difficult. The Yay! factor is that it cuts with no frayed or "puffy" edges and the 1/4" markings go the full length of the paper tray. IMO, that in itself is reason to buy it.

I didn't know Michaels actually had trimmers that expensive. Bargain price for you!
