I found a listing on ancestry.com for a passenger list. The family traveled to London for father’s job on 12/8/1955 when David was just two years old. The father’s employer is listed as “Amexco”.
According to articles in “16” or “Tiger Beat”,
David was cast in “Boom Town Band and Cattle Company” TV show or movie
David was cast in a movie titled “Short Horn Gentry” with Robert Redford.
I could not find any record of these movies
He was also cast in the “New Dick Van Dyke Show”, but I couldn’t locate him in any cast list.
David is a fencer, gymnast, and plays tennis
