I get a lot of pages done. Probably 30 a day crop. I do page kits like you are saying. The important thing I do for me is I print out the monthly page maps. I then cut them apart so I have one sketch. Then I put a sketch in each of my baggies with the photos. This really helps me start with a plan. I don't follow the sketch exactly but will use the major elements and will use the same number of photos or 1 large in place of 2 small.
I also scrap faster if I cute my titles at home but I rarely do that. On those occasions I just cut them and throw them in a baggie and then assemble at the crop.

I definitely second taking lots of adhesive. I have no tips for you but I definitely hope you can reach your goal. I hope you'll check back in and let us know how you went.

I really appreciate all your feedback and suggestions and now I'm rethinking the 100 pages - I guess I was getting ahead of myself. I just did some math in my head and holy moly what was I thinking? 100 pages LOL - I tend to talk and visit way too much but I was thinking since i'd have some ziplocks iwth everything in them (which I am working on soon) I could power through - we shall see.  I got some great tips and advice from ya'll and that is so appreciated - |

I'm going to a 3 day crop this weekend also. I started working on kits yesterday and plan to bring 15 plus I have a Disney snap album project on deck. If I was doing just layouts, I'd probably bring about 30-35 based on past crop performance. I tend to start strong and slow down as the weekend progresses. ha! So far my kits have pictures, papers and sketches. Next up is titles/lettering and then specific embellishments then I'll throw a bunch of my beloved ones in a box to have with me (buttons, bling, etc). Even if you don't make that many pages at the crop, having the kits will make easier for you to scrap at home.  Have fun!! |

The multi day crops I go to are in Estes Park or the surrounding area. No way we all scrap the whole time. It is just too gorgeous and fun to be up in the mountains. I am all about cropping on Thursday and Friday, but then my attention wanes and I start wandering off.

I always bring more than I need to a crop. If I get some pages done and have a great time, it doesn't matter how many I really get done.

I had to laugh when I read your original post. 100 pages!!! Wow. 8 sounds much more like normal. I went to a 3 day crop and I think I only got 5 done. Maybe 8 at the most. LOL Normally I am a fairly fast scrapper, but I do get pretty detailed, and at a crop I tend to chat and ooh and ah over other's layouts, so yeah, that gets in the way.
