On the message board for Ali Edwards' "Sparks" story class, Cathy Zielske (a guest designer for this month) called Ali her scrapbooking spirit animal. The Harry Potter geek in me came alive and I thought about the idea of a scrapbooking Patronus. According to HP Wiki - "The Patronus Charm is difficult, and many witches and wizards are unable to produce a full, corporeal Patronus, a guardian which generally takes the shape of the animal with whom they share the deepest affinity."
So if we apply this to scrapbooking, who would your scrappy Patronus be - the artist/designer who you can always rely on for inspiration?

There are many but I would have to go into the wayback machine and say Kelly Anderson.

Ali Edwards for sure but I'm really liking the Jot Girls especially Sheree Forcier. I liked Jennifer Johner's work when she scrapbooked. Wilna Furstenburg is great too even though I scrapbook differently than she does.

For me, Jen Schow. I learn something new every time I watch one of her videos. Thank you Tracie Claiborne for helping me find Jen!

yes, I love Jen Schow, too. She is such a talented scrapbooker and I love the way she teaches. Her videos are a must see for me when I feel like watching process videos.

I have to check out some of the above people, I like Sasha Farina's style. Since I do more project life/pocket pages crafting, I like Kelly Purkey, Azzari Jarrett, Geralyn Sy, Tina Asmus (spell check?), and of course I enjoy Ali's work as well. I love minimalist scrappers, but I do love someone who isn't afraid of color either

Mine is still Shimelle Laine. She doesn't do that much scrapping lately, but I can look at the old Glitter Girl videos over and over.

I agree -Shimelle Laine !! I love watching the glitter girl videos -she has posted a few new videos on her blog from time to time. Every time she does, it feels like I just got a surprise or an unexpected gift
