Western Kentucky 35 - Florida Atlantic 19. I'll take it. Good solid 8-2 record this season so far.

I am having a heart attack. I didn't think we had a chance! Go Huskers! My husband and son drove 550 miles to see this game. The pictures they sent were awesome. We both graduated from Lincoln in the 80's.

I hate losing. Hate, hate, hate losing, but I am pleasantly ok with the result last night. I like Clemson, and I like Dabo. It was a well played game and the better team won last night. Congratulations to the Clemson Tigers. Now, it's time to take it all the way.

UNDEFEATED TEAM fan checking in!!! 9-0 Baby!!!
My Hawkeyes beat Indiana 35-27 on the road.....it was a gritty win....our defense were monsters and as Princess Amy mentioned earlier in this thread, our D-back Desmond King now leads the country in interceptions! Our QB CJ Beathard been dealing with a groin injury and he STILL managed to score a leaping TD yesterday which then hurt his back and he STILL was able to finish the game and threw for another TD after injuring himself further.
Nebraska helped us by beating Michigan State and TCU losing helps too!
I couldn't stand not watching the game so I left the scrapbook crop I was attending at half time and went home and watched the second half (if wasn't very far from where I live)....well, I should say I paced the entire second half and I swear the team did better when I was nervously cleaning the kitchen while watching rather than standing right in front of the television.
Next up.....Minnesota at home for a night game next week
GO HAWKS! and again....dare I say 10-0!

Congrats to Bama, they outplayed us tonight. ETA: 5 previously undefeated teams lost today. I tried SO hard to stay awake long enough to watch the end of the game, but I fell asleep around the beginning of the 4th quarter. Ahem. For YOU, I am sorry y'all lost. It was an interesting game to watch-one of those times when teams that are pretty evenly match just get out of whack and one team is just a touch more on the ball than other for the night. I could almost feel Fournette's frustration while watching him play. For my kid though?? I am composing the ultimate nanny nanny boo boo text right now.

Oklahoma State played a great game yesterday. My Horned Frogs are just too weak on defense and were outplayed. Congrats to the Cowboys - I hope they run the table and finish out their season undefeated.
