Yoga pants or sweat pants (long ones in cooler weather and Capri length in warm months), and a T-shirt or sweatshirt or fleece shirt depending on time of year. I go barefoot in warmer months and wear fuzzy socks or cozy slippers when it's cold.

After spending 10 years fighting a chronic disease (treatment resistant depression-I'm now cured) I cannot stand the thought of wearing PJ's or my robe anytime at home unless I'm getting ready to go right to bed.
In the house I make it a point to get up and get dressed every day and I love these pants from LLBean-Perfect Fit Pants. They come in 4 different styles, are made of soft jersey knit cotton with 10% lycra and look nice enough wear out but feel as comfy as sweat pants. On top of this I usually wear an LLBean Pima Cotton V neck tee shirt, and if it's chilly like now I usually wear a thin fleece layer on top of that. I'm always cold. I don't wear a bra in the house. Shhhh. Let's keep it our secret.
When I go to bed I change into PJ's.

I have two sorts of clothes - Work clothes and Activewear. I wear my Activewear when I'm not working. Yesterday when running in my activewear, then had a shower and changed into different activewear. Today I was hungover and did gardening in my activewear.

I wear a t-shirt or cami with soft cotton drawstring pants/yoga pants (loose) or pj bottoms. Nothing tight fitting and definitely no bra. Then when I go to bed, the pants come off. Easy peasy.

And though it will probably gross some peas out, I will fold and re-wear those clothes that I only wore for a couple of hours. That cuts down on the laundry problem. I sleep in a cami and my underwear, so my "jammies" aren't really appropriate for family evening time anyway.

I don't fold them, but I hang them on hooks on the back of my closet door. If I only wear them a few hours while sitting/lying around the house I see no need to launder them after one wearing.

I don't work outside of the home, so when it is cold I am usually wearing fleece tunic style top and sweatpants. I wear those until bedtime. I sleep in long t-shirts.

whew! So glad I am normal! I read that post and thought I was doing it wrong all these years. When I change my clothes for the evening, I go to PJs. Whatever is comfortable. Usually a 2pc set if I know there is a chance of someone knocking on door. Nightgown if it is already dark when I change and I know I won't encounter anyone. Wouldn't want to scare the Fed Ex man

I'm all over the place with this one. I have nightgowns, active wear and fleece pj sets. Most of the time I wear my day clothes until bed. And the bra stays on until I go to bed. Side note: DH wears work clothes until bed too. We have bought him loungewear but he rarely wears them.

I am not ashamed to admit that if I am not leaving the house, I will just put on my robe and pjs when I get home from work. Why not be comfy and save myself the effort of changing clothes again in a few hours anyway? That's me! As soon as I get home from work, I put in my pj's - black Capri Jammie pants and a grey tank top. I wanna be comfortable and I live alone so no one to impress

Not sure I understand the concept of "stylish" loungewear. What does that mean? What's the purpose? Does it matter that one is stylish at home? Just seems weird to me. Home is where you let it all hang out and you don't have to worry about impressing others. I wear a t-shirt and yoga pants or jammie bottoms. I won't win any fashion awards but that's not why I am wearing it. I am wearing it because I want to be comfortable in my own home. I have kids that need to go to activities, be dropped at a friends house (or friends dropped here) or I may need to run to the store. Stylish may not be the right word, but basically I want to be comfy but not sloppy if someone else would happen to see me. I also wait to take my bra off until Going to bed for this same reason.

I wear the same stuff on the weekends multiple times in a row because I'm so happy to not have my stuff covered in muck at the end of the day like I do on a work day. I don't even bother to fold, they get draped on my bedroom chair.

when I get home from work I put on what IM going to sleep in. I dont have fancy pjs thought, when its cold or even chilly I sleep in a tshirt(sometimes a long sleeved one) and mens sweat pants---mens because they have elastic at the bottom of the legs that helps hold the legs down while in bed, and they also have pockets.
when its warm I have some like yoga capris I guess you'd call them, and I have a couple pair of sweats I have cut off to capri length and I sleep in those with a tshirt.
If you come visit me and Im at home, thats what I"ll be wearing(bra ON btw)

I think many peas would insist the clothes have to be washed even if you only wore them for a short time.
