I'm working this morning. I check in pretty often -- my brain needs a break from the detail concentration.
The crop has been fun! I haven't finished any layouts or cards, but my room is usable and I've been playing with papers and I figured out how to post to the gallery. All in all, more productive than I've been in years. Seriously, I stopped my DD's school album when she was in 5th grade, and she's graduating college this spring!
I'll have to get some pictures of my cats helping me scrapbook. They think all the bits and pieces are fun.

Back to work today for me. I will check in when I can. Didn't get any scrapping done this AM like I had hoped, but I did get all the bills paid, which frees my mind and allows me to scrap guilt free.
I never know what the evenings will bring, I works 10 hour days and come home and walk an hour on the tread, then dinner (hubs cooks) and a bath. Sometimes I can scrap, but most often I am just ready for bed. But keep your fingers crossed that maybe I can get one more page done tonight.

Wow Maribeth, reading that makes me tired. I am useless in the evenings so I certainly am impressed if you get any scrapping done in the evening. It is miserable here today. As of right not it is 42 degrees (but feels like 38), and we have had 0.87" of rain since midnight. It is terrible, and the dogs can't get out which makes it extremely hard. They need to run and get their exercise or my day is rough. They are chewing on bones right now. Wonder how long that will last? LOL!  |

maryannscraps, awe, i bet your cats are adorable playing with all the bits. maribeth, getting bills paid is good but i really hate doing it.. But after a 10 hr day and an hour on the tread, i would be going to bed!!! @patter when i woke it was in the 20's. There was a puddle that was frozen in the yard. But it's close to 48 now. And sunny!!

I forgot my backpack which has my break in the day things to do - my Bible, GloryArt Scripture readings, and a sketch book with pens. Luckily there os only 15 more minutes

I finished a couple of layouts last night and started looking for a sketch or inspiration for the next. We're having a delightful rainy day here and I love being home in my jammies and scrapping while it's raining. After I get my hair done and run a few errands I'll be back home and scrapping.

I'm home sick from work, but unfortunately, I don't feel like scrapping. I did get a couple of layouts done over the weekend, but I'm not approved to post in the gallery yet. I've never posted any layouts either here or at the ancestral Two Peas, so this will be a first. I appreciate the nudge though, because I haven't scrapped since we moved to our present house two years ago!

Well it is 1PM here, and I am feeling pretty good, but i can go downhill fast and feel just plan "pooped" after my walk, dinner and bath. We shall see. I know you are all sending me positive energy

DH said there was a nasty virus going around "his" office ( he consults and for one client he works in the corporate headquarters 2 days a week - his real office is right next to the bed upstairs -lol). -- I can't wait to see your layouts!!! OK, my internet is slow - (thank you country life and no access to cable). So I'm calling it a night. I think I'm going to watch some netflix and I might get something done later - but I doubt it.

I guess it was more like 2 days of scrapbooking...I got there about 8 pm Thursday and left at 1 pm on Sunday. It's so wonderful to just get up and go downstairs in my pj's to scrap |

mikklynn, 17 pages is terrific. I'm lucky to get 1/2 that many done in 2 days of only scrapbooking time. Great job!
