Didn't see any other post yet, so I hope I am not repeating, but I received my e-mail this (Tuesday) morning. Watch for yours.

I finally received mine too. Unfortunately after many unanswered emails I chose another kit.

I got mine too - but it looks like we are just getting the stamps and have to buy the other supplies from an independent vendor. I am interpreting this correctly?

I am debating if I am going to pay for the stamps. I did the exchange and it comes out to be like 26.00 for two small stamp sets.
I thought she was going to work with a distributor or someone here in the US and we would be getting an actual kit. I went to place my order with Scrapbook.com and half the stuff is sold out already.
So I am undecided right now.

Anyone wanting the kit would have to compete with regular sb consumers. That is not a kit. It is a product suggestion.

I did not mean to sound like I am complaining - I really am undecided. I read her blog again - I really think her intent was to have someone in the US do actual kits for her, but that must have fallen through. I am not mad - She is trying to get the best price for everyone and this must have been the best option.
Like I said above, I am undecided if I want to invest that much for stamps - I am not much of a stamper and I am thinking I would rather put that $$ to the actual class and get my supplies independently as she is suggesting.

I bought my stamps! I was a wee bit disappointed that they weren't more journal-prompt-y -- and that so much of the set was numbers; numbers, man, I just do not use much. But they're cute and I was pleased at the price especially since I'd reserved blind. It seems like 4x6 stamps are usually in the $18-20 range, so I thought two sets of that size plus shipping for 24 USD seemed extremely reasonable. The DIY method of kit is interesting. I was never going to pay for a box of paper to come from the UK so I am sort of charmed to have the shopping list without paying for it )

Lori Lori, you did not sound like you were complaining at all. You were just stating some facts. My opinion about the kit is the same.

I had also signed up for the stamps and after seeing them, they really aren't something that I want or will use so I am going to opt out.

I will admit, the stamps were a bit disappointing when I saw them. And the fact that it looks like it has to ship overseas.
