I hope this is okay to post here. Watch this video. At 4:51 minutes in, you can see her first illustration followed by more illustrations. She has traveled the world teaching Bible Art but without social media back then her name wasn't known. And she didn't even need a journaling Bible. Any Bible works. I enjoyed this, and I hope you do too.

A Bible artist came to my elementary school back in the dark ages (late 70s) and did a beautiful chalk story on a large (very oversized) Bible printed on a chalkboard.
It was astonishing and beautiful and I cried when at the end of the session he erased his work.
I would guess that the Bible has been inspiring art for thousands of years.

I hate giving any one person credit for things like this. My grandmother wrote in her Bible, decorated it and used color coding, but that was before video, I guess. LOL She even had little tabs for hers too. (Too bad my aunt tossed my grandma's personal items when she secretly moved her into a nursing home. A bunch of us wanted that Bible.)

That is really cool! I have to admit, I had to go back and listen to her again when she said she was 14 and married to see if I heard right.

I am not a stuff person, nor a saver, but even I consider that a devastating loss.
