I look at it as more of a fun toy type item, versus a serious camera. My 6 year old nephew likes to use it, and I generally just give it to him to take photos. It's definitely not a camera to use if you want optimal photo quality output. And the other drawback is the refills are costly, even buying in bulk I think it still generally comes out to between 25 and 50 cents a photo. I think a better bet is probably the instax printer, so you can quickly print shots from your phone, this way you can edit them in phone and get better shots. I don't have one yet, but it's on my list! ETA: Kellie Winnell at Give a Girl a Blog just had a post about a few Instax products on her blog, check it out kelliewinnell.typepad.com/

I have one. it's a fun novelty camera. even BETTER than the camera is the instax PRINTER! worth every penny. I have that too and it much more versatile and fun to use. it small, portable, and wireless. I use it to print pics from my Iphone. since I got the printer, I don't use the camera as much.

I have one. Never use it. Probably will sell it.
I agree with the other comment: its more of a toy and the photo quality is pretty meh.
