Not positive but I think the C pattern would not be found on the inside only the outside.

It's fake. Sorry. The tag is not authentic, font too large. Yes, Coach lining is always plain, I've seen stripe but never the C's. I checked the lot number and there is no such number for any Coach bags. I hope you didn't pay a lot for it.  |

Quality looks cheap. Leather looks awful - more than likely a fake.

11. Lining: If the outside of the bag has the CC pattern, the lining will NOT have any pattern. If the outside of the bag does NOT have the CC pattern, the lining will most likely have the CC pattern (although sometimes neither the outside nor the inside will have the CC pattern). The above is from the link that was shared, and the photos do show a striped pattern outside and so the CC would be on the inside. So that is not a way to tell if it is fake. The other things shared might indicate it but not the lining. |

A bag with a pattern on the outside won't have it, but some plain leather handbags have a C lining. I have an older Coach with a C lining and it is authentic. I don't think that one is authentic because the inside tag looks wrong, but the C lining is not an automatic fake. |

The creed is poorly spaced and that's the biggest clue. The hang tag looks wrong too.

I remember seeing that fakes do NOT have the C's line up. On authentic ones, the C's will line up on an edge or a seam.

If you have to climb into a van or go into a tiny shop with Scooby Doo movable mystery walls that lead you to a basement filled with Coach bags, it is probably a fake.
