I have a large printer that has bit the dust. I am looking for another one that can print 12 x 12's or larger. Anyone out there with suggestions?

I have and love the Epson Stylus Photo R2000. It prints up to 13" wide. Not cheap (and nor are the inks) but I've always had great results with Epson.

I had one of the very early 13" wide Epsons and it was SO expensive to print 12x12, especially if the color wasn't quite right the first time or if for some other reason it didn't work out. The printer I had took six cartridges and they ran out very quickly when making oversized prints.
If I was going to go that route again now, the only way I would do it would be if I could get a printer that supported high capacity external ink tanks and IF it was cost effective to print taking the ink and photo paper costs into consideration. (It would have to be less than what Costco charges for their oversized prints, because if I don't like what theirs looks like they will reprint it for free.) The paper I liked (Epson Luster) in that size runs about $80 for 50 sheets at Atlex.com which is one of the cheapest places I've found to buy it. Hope this helps!
