It happened to me too. I ordered 5 and am only getting 1 And it is the boring tan one lol that was for me, it matches my living room. The others were gifts.

So I ordered 12 and am getting 9. I just did "live chat" with Kohls. They said that for items back-ordered, they cancelled the order. I told them I didn't receive notification. So then he said I can re-order it and he'll have someone contact me by phone or e-mail to re-order the 3 blankets so I can get the same pricing as when I placed the original order. We'll see if that happens. I should hear something w/in 48 hours. If not, the next step will be a phone call.

Last year they never restocked the throws - in other words, there were no back-orders, because no more were coming in in 2015. I got an email stating that my order was being shipped in full. FedEx came and their was only 2 out of the 6 I ordered. I am not a happy camper. Are you sure you didn't get another email? I placed an order and got two emails (two separate shipments)...with the second one saying the full order shipped. So hopefully your other items will show up soon.

I ordered three throws and did pick up at the store, luckily I was able to get all three. But, I also ordered a Hallmark ornament and was doing pick up at the store. I got an email a day later saying that order was cancelled.

I have to say that Kohl's shipping is usually painfully slow for me. I never order anything online from them that I need in less than 10 business days. In this day and age of Amazon 2-day shipping, it is an eternity and think they could do much better if they spent the money to update their system. (To be fair, Old Navy's shipping is usually just as slow as Kohl's for me)

I got another email this morning telling me that I will be getting another shipment. I checked the tracking and it just left CA yesterday. Ii did not say if it is the rest of my order though. If anyone got a cancellation for the throws and will take one that is in stock it might be worth chatting with them online. I did and the person I was chatting with had me order, waited for my order number then adjusted the price & shipping. I even got 20% off the 8.99 (but I think this was due to ebates I quickly applied when ordering) It's not the color I really wanted but it will do.

I didn't hold out much hope for the 7 throws I ordered, especially when only 3 arrived last week, but the others arrived in two additional shipments today. My son yelled out "Mooooom, did you know there are two pillows on the porch?" LOL
I'm really sorry so many Peas had such frustrating experiences.

Kohl's order "label printed" (should have arrived today at the latest) So DES has what he needed and now what to do with Kohl's... wonder if I can cancel

Kohls is absolutely horrible for on-line ordering. Last Black Friday, I put in a large order. Most of the things were cancelled and the rest continued to say in process until just before Christmas. I finally did get a few items, but they were too late. I ended up having to buy other presents and return the ones that Kohls finally sent out. I will never order on line from them again.

Feel bad for so many of you who had issues with your orders. I'm not usually a fan of ordering Xmas gifts online because I've had issues in the past with things showing up last minute/late (not even from Kohls which I never order online since we have one walking distance), but when everyone started raving about the throws I decided to check it out and they were cheap enough that I bought 4 and they all came last week. 3 of the 4 throws are gifts for the kids. I was worried that they'd be underwhelmed with them, but the youngest has already stolen the one I bought for myself (and to keep in the car during those cold fall/winter nights at the soccer field) so I think at least she will be happy.

So I ended getting the coat for 15 dollars less AND 15 Kohls cash. They should have just price matched, losers LOL. When I left the line there had to be at least 30 people in the return line. The entire store was a madhouse! Oh, and they had a ton of the 8.99 throws for 19.99 INCLUDING the one they canceled from my order! Ugh.

Macy's often will cancel something from my order, but they don't take away any offers. (Free shipping etc.)
I meant to order from Kohl's, maybe I'm glad that I didn't!

The entire store was a madhouse! Oh, and they had a ton of the 8.99 throws for 19.99 INCLUDING the one they canceled from my order! Ugh. I seriously would have gotten my emails up and talked to the manager. I'm 90% pleased with Kohls. I ordered 4 jeans, 3 tracksuit bottoms, 1 planner, and 8 throws. So honestly I got 75% of my order. And then used my Kohls cash and the 25% off to get a Kitchenaid attachment (Spiralizer) that I had been coveting for months.

Yep, I'm a little miffed about the throws being back in stock. They really handled things poorly on-line IMO. I can't think of another store where I've had so many things cancelled several days after placing an order -most stores pop up and tell you it's not available. Lesson learned - as far as Kohl's goes, I need to be able to touch it in the store to know that I can have it. And since getting to the actual store is not at all convenient for me, I guess I don't have to shop there LOL!
