We can't find it on the store shelves anywhere. For months. Did I miss something in the news?

No clue...I bought some last week. I'd go crazy if I couldn't find it though. Amazon?

I think she means Apple jelly--the preserve. It is not one I buy, so I don't know if our stores normally carry it. I know the mint jelly I buy for lamb has Apple jelly as its base, so it exists.

It is not big around here so I always buy a few jars when we're in PA. My family loves it.

I buy it at Walmart. DH likes it on chicken breasts, baked in the oven.

Try a different store. I have found that there are certain things my regular grocery store has stopped carrying, but I can still find them at Wal-Mart. It might just be that it wasn't a popular item at your usual store and they don't carry it in inventory any more.

I think it's been replaced by pumpkin butter! I noticed it was scarce too.

I didn't respond to this last night because I too wasn't sure what apply jelly meant. I'm not familiar with apple jelly (other than the mint jelly kind) but whenever I want something not easily available locally, I look on Amazon. Also, lots of old-school items are available from Vermont Country Store.

My mom used to make it from Apple juice back when she did a lot of canning. I can't say that I've ever bought it though.
