I am feeling really guilty right now. I bought the Minc starter bundle for $79 at Mike's on Thursday. My friend was out Black Friday shopping and I had her pick me up a $60 Singer sewing machine at Target. Which would you use more? Would you keep both?

Call me an enabler, but if you have the money, I'd say keep both. Otherwise . . . well, I'm not completely sure what a Minc does, so I'd keep the sewing machine.

If both are what you really want and are good prices, I'd probably consider keeping both...
If one was any sort of compromise or over purchase - not the exact sewing machine you want or you'd be just as happy with a laminator and some foul, then I'd return that one...

I will enable too. Keep both. Girls deserve luxuries. Seriously, don't feel guilty. Black Friday sales are one of the most fun times of the year to buy ourselves those luxurious things that we don't get throughout the year. If it helps a sewing machine is a practical item and will help you save money. Minc is just fun. You got a great price on it. I would have ran out of Michael's hugging a Minc if I got it for that price.

If you will use, keep both. And then there's the rationalization that either one or the other, if bought at full price, might equal the total you would have spent on the two. I know it might be fuzzy math, but if you squint at the total price, it might be close!!!

I would keep both. They were both good deals. Now this is coming from the girl who was supposed to get a birthday from her husband in May and I forgot about/put off doing it (experience gift), so instead I am taking my son to Harry Potter World in January. I'm calling it even.

I would keep both. They seem to be really good prices. I am convinced to keep both. They had to dig that MINC out of the office at my Mike's. It was meant to be!

Although I have no idea what a Minc does & consider fabric glue an acceptable substitute for a sewing machine, I encourage you to keep both items. Like elsiej, I view your purchases from a logic & math perspective & conclude you were fortunate to buy two machines for the price of one!

The Minc sounds a great buy, here in the UK it would be £99/$150. i say keep both, and enjoy!!
