Seriously? You are hosting this event and have no ideas? :-)
OK, I am suggesting a couple of breakfast casseroles and fruit. Coffee. Juices.
Good luck!

I usually do a breakfast casserole (egg, cheese, sausage and broccoli is a family favorite) or a baked French toast. Both of these can be put together the night before and baked the next day. I typically serve fruit and some type of baked good (scones or orange-cranberry bread) on the side.

A tray of bagels with different kinds of flavored cream cheese is always a hit around here.

I vote for a Bloody Mary bar. Or Mimosas using different fruit juices. Have sparkling water for the kids.

I hosted brunch on Friday and included an oatmeal bar. A pot of oatmeal with different toppings. It was a huge hit!

i host an annual breakfast brunch, we have a waffle station, scrambled egg casserole, assorted pastries and i make individual yogurt parfaits with layers of yogurt, berries, granola and a drizzle of honey on the top, they are always a big hit, i use clear plastic disposable cups, and make them ahead.

I'd make an oven omelette with eggs, cream, caramelized onions and Swiss cheese, an overnight Apple french toast casserole, a crockpot with sausage and one with bacon, a fresh fruit salad, assorted mini muffins and a beverage station.

We sometimes do an oatmeal bar. Have a slow cooker of oatmeal and a bunch of fixings. We try to have fun fixings like chocolate covered peanuts, as well as the traditional ones.
