So I caught the tail end of a PBS fundraising show about the T Tapp exercise system. It seems to focus on body alignment while doing exercises. I googled it, but found too many glowing reviews. It made me a little suspicious. Does anyone have any experience with this? My friend and I are looking to step up our exercise together, but she has a bad back from spinal stenosis and arthritis and I'm wondering if this might be something for us to try.
thanks in advance, Berty

I don't know anything about this, but I just watched two videos on YouTube, and I want to know is this a really old piece of video? Or was there somewhere still decorated like this in 2007 (the upload date). We had a conversation/fireplace pit back in the early 80's. Whatever became of those?
No idea what to say about the exercise, though.

I have the system, and yes... the video was filmed ages ago and I can't believe they have not re-filmed it.
In any case, the exercises were... interesting. Not hard to do but a little weird to learn. However, I don't think it made a darn bit of difference and I did it like the book says... every day for however long (3 weeks or something like that).

Wow! I didn't even know T Tapp was around even more. I had it ages ago but I couldn't get into it and moved onto something else.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I was willing to put up with the old 1980s videos if it was worth it, but it sounds like I'd be putting myself through unnecessary suffering for nothing.
