Tons of cool stuff! There are a ton of dies, stamps and punches I am so getting. Plus gotta love the new ink colours! Can't wait to get some of them!

I just made my list of stuff I would like, need or can't live without. I think I will be able to get by with $100 this year which is nothing compared to the past. I like the inks but would only need 2 or 3 of them. Punches-none. Dies- a couple. Stamp sets 1.
I was vey surprised! Kind of disappointed too!

I love some of their new stuff too  . I used to sell it WAY back in the day. Wish they had more of this kind of stuff when I was a demo! Someone has posted the catalog on issuu.com. That's how I view it |

Yes. Sure did. Went to a catalogue release make & take event. I haven't purchased their inks in many years so this was my first time using them. I love how they changed. And I agree, a lot more in punches!

I think this is one of the better catalogs SU has come out with in a long time. So glad they're offering photopolymer stamps now.

Yes! I also went to a catalog kick off event with make n takes, raffles, lunch...it was nice as I hadn't done one in such a long time. I agree about not liking the layout/format of the catalog or the selection of stamps. I remember going through past catalog and finding so many that I just loved and "had" to have but not so much this time. What I did like was the selection of punches, dies and embellies. They have changed their ink pads over the years and I think I might be leaning towards ordering more of those. The turn around on the order was exceptionally quick, my ordered was placed monday evening at 9:30 pm and my order was at my door thursday afternoon at 3 pm...quick!

Thanks - must take a look. Generally I don't buy much SU stuff - just the odd thing. But I am pleased to see the photopolymer stamps - so much easier than lining everything up with the stamp-a-ma-jig.

I'm curious to hear what is it about the catalog format some of y'all don't like. I haven't had a problem looking through it and think the samples are great. I don't like it when merchandise is on multiple pages. So, go look at pages 22-23. Totally useless, IMO. All that stuff is 160 pages BEFORE its "home" in the catalog. Or page 15. A whole ton of ribbon you can order. If you turn to pages 206-207. What is it all DOING in the front of the magazine?! I find the "you can make it" banners kind of distracting. And I don't think everything is entirely clear: pages 100-101 is for digital printables, but mark my words, SOMEONE is going to order "go with heart framables" and be pissed they don't get three throw pillows. |

I just went to a launch, make and take event too. I ordered the new colour range of cardstock and ink- really love the orange, yellow and purple combo.
And I ordered a set of flower/leaves stamp that you can overlap (?) - stamp different coloured smaller flowers on top and the matching dies.I have been using up my supply of K & Co flowery embelishments that are similiar to these so the idea of making more is definitely appealing.
My last order came within a few days, but this one is taking longer. Hoping it arrives very soon as I'm on holidays and would love to play with them!
I also bought the hexagon punch and the matching stamps so I must use them too.

I'm a demo and just placed my first order last Thursday out of the new catty. We just signed on our house last Thursday and I wanted to wait to order and have it sent to the new place. Keep checking to see if it has shipped and it is still in picking. I know I don't have a lot of time right now to play, but it would be so nice to see that box sitting there for when I can get to it |

I was not really impressed with the new catalog. I don't like that christmas is only in a special seasonal book because I like to start cards in August. Maybe I already have too many stamps because nothing looks really new and exciting... And their punches are just too expensive for me... Even before shipping and handling.
I also do not like that they keep retiring colors to come out with new.. Slightly different colors. When I buy a pad I automatically buy a refill so I can use it longer!
ETA.. I have been in a stamp club for three years.... Maybe too long!

Good news, scrapaddie, the holiday catalog release date is August 28th. I don't think you will be disappointed. Lots of great new photopolymer stamp sets which I'm so excited about. |
