Anyone have issues with their Flex charging?
I have had mine plugged in the past 3 hours and no lights. It was deader than dead. I have had issues the past few weeks where I have to jiggle it around a lot to get it to charge. Other days it charges no problem. I read on their boards that some people have to use elastics or toothpicks to hold it in place correctly. I am kinda disappointed in that - for the amount I paid, I really expect it to work properly. JMO.
Is there a trick to it?

Yes, I have had the same problem. I just wiggle it around and make sure that it is actually charging before I leave it. Hasn't been annoying enough to do anything more than that but considering it is only six months old, it's kind of a pain.

Had the same problem! Even charged it by taping it up vertical. That worked once. Contacted cs and got a new one! Seems like a common problem.

Contact Fitbit. Mine did the same thing and they sent me a new one.

Fitbit has awesome customer service. i've not had that problem, but I did have to contact them because it seemed like my bracelet was splitting in half and I had a brand new one within the week.

I changed the USB port I always used and it solved the problem. Same port works fine for other things, but not my Flex for whatever reason.

Thanks! I tried a different port, I tried jiggling it. I had to restart it last night to get anything to work (even a simple sync). I will contact them if it continues. I feel for the money, it should work without issues.
