I thought it might still be early enough to share these in case anyone is still brainstorming. I made this body butter last year for my co-workers (7) and it was well-received. Several have mentioned to me recently that they loved it or were sad they had run out, so I took the hint and made more this year. With the 8 oz wide mouth jars and ingredients, the cost per gift was right at $10. I did get the lotion (Vanilla Bean Noel) on sale when they were buy 3 get 3 free, so that helped. Here is the recipe I use: Body Butter RecipeAnd here is how they turned out:

I get a similar lotion from a coworker only made with Johnson Baby Lotion. It is great.

That is a really nice gift for all your coworkers. And the side bonus is that there won't be any competing perfumes ( I worked with two women that bathed in, each trying to out do the other's perfume that they deemed 'hideous!' Ugh.) since they will all have the same fragrance.

I really like this!! I use the body butters from Body Works and they are a bit pricey.
I could whip up a batch of this in my kitchenaid and moisturize for days!!

Yes, if you double the recipe like I did, I got ALMOST 10 of the 8 oz jars filled. So there are a couple I can keep or give away to family members. A nice little bonus.
I liked the vanilla fragrance and think it's pretty neutral. I also liked that it was green. Made it a little more festive-looking. Not sure WHY a vanilla lotion is green, but it worked for me!

Lexica That would have made me crazy. One overly-powerful perfume is more than enough, thank you very much. Yuck.

These look really nice, and I love that the recipe uses common ingredients. I follow a page on FB that gives lots of recipes for things like this, but there are always tons of specialty ingredients that you need to buy. I might have to try this one, TFS.
