We ate quick tonight: frozen mac and cheese and frozen peas. This is my husband's night to volunteer, and I try to make quick things since he comes home, changes clothes, grabs a bite, and is out the door again. What would I have liked instead? Well...I really do love mac and cheese with peas!

Would love to have crab cakes tonight. Actually, we are having Italian sausage tortellini soup.

ugh... no clue. I just finished up at work and have no desire to cook. Leftovers would be great, but we have none. Anyone want to share their dinner with us

I left some asparagus outside where it froze.
So we are having cream of asparagus soup and grilled corned beef and cheese sandwich.

I was tired after a long day at school, so it was quick and easy dinner. Chicken tortellini, with a choice of bacon cream sauce, or red sauce. I served this with a side of steamed mixed vegetable.

Oldest ds had a fundraiser at Chipotle. He went early with a friend. I took younger ds and did the Chipotle "lifehack." You ask for half and half white/brown rice. Half and half meats. Half and half beans. Well, they don't exactly do half and half. It seems like it was twice as big! In fact, I showed ds the size of ours compared to the girl ahead of us. He had already eaten a little, so we split one. It was ginormous <Insert nod to "Elf." > Lisa

We are having pizza and breadsticks with garlic cream cheese dip. We will also be having that tomorrow! If I could have anything, I would have crab cakes followed by filet mignon and a baked potato. Excuse me?!?! Garlic cream cheese dip. Uhhhh, yum! Did you make it or does someplace offer it? What I would have loved... Gulf shrimp cooked anyway they'd give it to me, with big wedges of lemon and tangy cocktail sauce. What I had... French toast.

If I could have anything for dinner tonight it would have been this Mexican restaurant about 20mins away. I love their chips, salsa and taco salads!!!
What I reallly ate was ham rolled up on a flat bread LOL!

It isn't particularly close to home, but close enough that I can stop on my way home from work and pick it up periodically

I would love a meal from the place my hubby and I go to celebrate our anniversary. Steak with gorgonzola cream sauce, sweet potato dumplings (actually fried with maple syrup and rosemary-- yum!), and creme brulee for dessert. Oh and it would have no calories, either!! Doing a clean eating challenge this week so had Asian salmon rice bowls instead. My first time making/eating slamon and my family enjoyed it much more than I did! Teresa
