I have not ordered from technique Tuesday in many years. I'm wondering if my experience is the norm for them. I'm disappointed for sure.
Last Monday, July 14, I placed an order from them. One of the items I ordered would not be available until Aug. 4. They sent me an email on Wed., July 16 telling me one of items would not be available until Aug 4 and they had planned to not ship my entire order until then unless I let them know otherwise. I replied immediately that yes, I wanted the available items shipped right away and they could send that 1 delayed item later on. Who wants to wait 3 weeks for their scrap goodies? I never heard back.
Today, after the mail came (and no package still from TT), I emailed them to ask when I should expect my stuff (the available stuff that I told them to ship last Wed.)? About an hour later, I got a usps shipping notice from them. So basically, my email prompted them to get moving on my order. If I had not emailed them today, when the heck were they going to send my stuff?
I think that not only am I miffed that I was waiting for something that was not on it's way at all, I am miffed that they never responded to my email last Wed. where I did tell them to ship my stuff.
So that's it, my vent for today. TT dropped the ball.

That's unfortunate. Least the stuff is on the way now.

I belonged to one of their monthly clubs & notified them over a month in advance of a change of address giving them the effective date of the move. I received no response & e-mailed them again as the date approached. My club items went to the old address. I did finally get an e-mail from them when I cancelled my membership though.

I wonder what the heck is up over there. Is this the norm for them? That's unacceptable. I emailed them yesterday to complain about the fact that no action had been taken until I emailed them the second time and I have heard nothing in response. A quick "We're sorry, it won't happen again" email would go a long way in my book. I'm hoping that my items arrive in good shape and that they do send out that last item on Aug. 4 as scheduled and then I am done with them. I will take my scrap dollars somewhere else.

I was surprised because they had always been nice to deal with & had reasonably prompt shipping. I think they are a very small staff, but I expected better.
