We can't get into Netflix on 2 different TV's. It's saying we aren't connected to the Internet. I'm pretty sure we are since nothing has changed and we were using Netflix a few weeks ago.

We can't get into Netflix on 2 different TV's. It's saying we aren't connected to the Internet. I'm pretty sure we are since nothing has changed and we were using Netflix a few weeks ago. I had an issue on Saturday with my Kindle, where I was getting sound and captions, but no picture. I did a chat with someone who walked me through shutting down and uninstalling, and it worked fine after that. (Although, she didn't understand what I meant by pixelated. hee) I'm 99.9% sure dh had it on the TV when I came home yesterday. He was watching the Rockford Files.

I had problems with my Netflix on Sunday and had to reset the router. Worked fine after that.
I had that same message "you are not connected to the internet".

We get that occasionally, too. It tends to be the source of panic when that happens (not all of it from the kids, either). Whenever I've tried the 'Test Internet Connection' it is still working, so I usually just restart. I think I've had to delete and re-add the Netflix channel on our Wii a couple of times, but it only takes a minute.

We had trouble a few days ago. Said we weren't connected, but Hulu and all other internet related stuff worked fine. We reset modem just because and still didn't work. We had to reset smart TV to get it to work again.

We had a lot of trouble with it last night. Took forever to connect and then had to reload a few times. And the picture quality was not great.

I've had problems recently too. Some of you are saying you reset your router or smart TV; does that mean you're turning it off and back on or are you going in and changing actual settings?

this is how Amazon acts for me. Says I'm not connected to the internet, but I am, because I still get Netflix. argh.

We have had the same problem for the last few days. Driving me batty. I have the amazon fire and I'm not that impressed. I couldn't get anything to work last night and this morning. That made for a very angry 2yo wanted to watch Thomas before school. lol

We had a lot of trouble with it last night. Took forever to connect and then had to reload a few times. And the picture quality was not great. Same for us. I told my daughter that everyone must be streaming Netflix because there was nothing to watch on TV. Joy, I stream through a Roku and occasionally I have to reconfigure my network settings, which amounts to re-entering my network ID and password. It helps.

I've had problems recently too. Some of you are saying you reset your router or smart TV; does that mean you're turning it off and back on or are you going in and changing actual settings? We have a vizio smart tv. Tried turning it off and unplugging etc., did not work so I went into setting and did a reset. But beware when you do that you are starting back to square one just like starting it for first time. None of your information is saved and you have to enter everything all over again.
