I saw (on here I think) recently that someone printed out a photo from the playbill or of the artist, framed it and wrapped the frame up.

When I got e-tickets to One Direction I ordered these "tickets" from etsy-- linkThe woman puts a picture of the band, the occasion you're giving them for, whatever info you want on them.

That was me :-) We got our girls Taylor Swift tickets and the show was 8 months after Xmas! I printed the tickets and put them in frames. I also ordered a Taylor Swift Christmas ornament and has that wrapped and let them open those first. :-)

May not be exactly what you want, but I just gave my great-niece tickets to a Cat in the Hat play so I put them in a copy of the book. Maybe there is some item this group is known for that you can wrap the tickets into.

Scavenger hunt to clues that go with the theme of the tickets and the tickets are the jackpot.

how about making a treasure hunt of the artists name or the name of the tour. Cut the letters apart, mix them up, and leave clues where to find the letters. Each letter also has a clue to the next place. Once collected, they get to sort out the puzzle to find out what the presents are. When they guess, whip out the tickets.
