Are there any other card making magazines out there that you can suggest?

I just recently let my subscription to CardMaker Magazine run out. There were times I liked it, but so many of the issues were full of things I was not interested in. I don't need a whole issue dedicated to baby cards, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day, or Halloween. That only leaves a few for what I really want: birthday, get well sympathy, thinking of you, and Christmas. I know a lot of the ideas could be adjusted to fit my needs, but I'm not willing to pay that price and then have to try to make them work for me.

I used to get all sorts of magazines, now, not so much. There is so much online. If you just stick to looking in Pinterest you'll probably find whatever you are looking for. The other way I look for things is I will Google it, but within Google images. A lot of times it leads me to Pinterest.

CardMaker Magazine is the only one that I've seen lately. I renewed my subscription in the summer. I've really learned a lot from it. Since I don't copy cards exactly, just get ideas and learn techniques, it doesn't matter to me if the whole issue is about Christmas, Halloween or Easter. I've been getting it at least 6 or 7 years and lucked out and found earlier issues at a thrift store a couple of years ago.

I've just recently got into card making (and mostly interested in Christmas, and maybe Thinking of You/Hello cards right now).
I started on Pinterest but quickly became overwhelmed with information and idea overload. It was almost all too much for a beginner. I then decided to search for Facebook groups on card making. I joined several card making Facebook groups and loved how the members shared pictures of their creations and posted product and technique ideas.
It was from reading posts in the Facebook groups that I discovered that there were several British card making magazines available that also included free rubberstamps and or dies or embossing folders. After doing some research I discovered I could buy some of those magazines at Joannes and Barnes and Nobles here in the US. It's been great fun and a great way to add to my rubberstamp, dies and embossing folders collections and I've enjoyed reading the magazines and learning new techniques.
The British magazines are relatively expensive here in the US but I'm very selective on which ones I buy. I have also ordered a couple of back orders directly from England.

I know what you mean about Card Maker. I have subscribed to that, but this year let it expire. I did not like the idea of using stickers, rub ons, and other types of card embellishments. Out of every issue, I was lucky to find one thing I would do or found interesting to learn.
While I did have my subscription, I logged into the web site and downloaded all the magazines for the last 2 years. I don't want copies of them (I have too much quilting mags and paper stored here already), but I did want to be able to scroll through them for ideas if I had the time. And the templates for the cards made in the mags are on line, so I downloaded all those also.
I used to subscribe to various paper arts mags, but not any more. Pinterest has more than I will ever find time to make, and YouTube has the best tutorials.

I was a fan of Papercrafts. But like the other poster, I use Pinterest most often and dig down to blogs from there for ideas.
