I'm going to a girl's game night tonight. We're having potluck. Everyone is supposed to make a dish to share and bring the recipe. The idea is to bring a recipe that you've always wanted to try, but haven't.
There will be about 12 of us there and I need to drive about 40 minutes to get there, so it needs to be easy to transport and not spill.
I've looked around on Pinterest, but nothing's jumping out at me? What is your "go to" recipe for a pot luck?

Crockpot cheesy corn. Frozen corn kernals, cream cheese, milk, butter, seasonings. You can spice it up by adding things like onion powder, garlic, green chiles or whatever else you like.
SUPER Easy -

I have a go to pasta salad...
1 bag of cheese tortellini, cooked per instructions and cooled 1 English cucumber, diced 1 small container of grape tomatoes, halved 1 can black olives, drained and halved 1/4 cup peppercinis, chopped finely 3 tablespoons of the juice from the peppercinis 1 small container of crumbled feta 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 1 cup Greek dressing (I have used Italian too but the Greek is way better)
Yum! It is even better the second day!
