of hours? I've never made it before but wanted it for breakfast when my BIL and SIL come over tomorrow. However I forgot I also am making a ham at dh's request and that will take a couple of hours. I can't fit both in the oven at the same time. So should I skip it or serve it after it's been out of the oven a couple of hours? ETA-it's this recipe www.cooks.com/recipe/h532114t/monkey-bread-best-ever.html

It's fine if it sits a while...it never makes t around here more than a few minutes but if I manage to hide a bit I like it the next day

I prefer it cooled. Even the next day, it's still really good.

We nibble on it throughout the day - perfectly fine when it's cooled.

If you use the real bread dough like the Rhodes, you'll be fine. If you use the canned biscuits, I think they get hard after it cools.

Do you have a crock pot? I've seen recipes on Pinterest where it was made in a crock pot. Just a thought!

If you have an electric roaster you could cook your ham in the roaster and the monkey bread in the oven.

We prefer it warm.

You can nuke it for about thirty seconds to warm it up again. I've done that and it works fine.

I only clicked on this thread for 2 reasons. I have no idea what Monkey Bread is and I was intrigued to find out why single people couldn't get any!
I'm still not sure what it is so I'm off to Google!!
