What stores? Seriously there is nothing within a 2 hour drive of where I live. Given that fact I guess I don't wait for sales when I have the opportunity to shop. I have been known to take advantage of online sales so does that count?

I used to do some of both, but this year I am determined to buy most of my items on sale. Last year I went on a bit of a shopping spree during the first part of the year. I was sick and doing some shopping therapy. Then, late last year I noticed that some of the things I'd bought were on sale already . . . some of them products I hadn't even used yet! So I'm going to change my buying habits. I'm sure there will be something I have to have every now and then, but everything else will have to wait for a sale.

Usually when it's new. If I try and wait for a sale, I either miss it completely or can only find part the line I want. I don't do a stamps though...just patterned paper, cardstock and sometimes a few embellishments.

If there's something I really want, I buy it ASAP so I don't miss out. If I'm not sure, it can wait until clearance sales. I envy you in the US with all the coupons and offers and free shipping. As an international, good deals rarely come my way. Enjoy it!

Technology - tend to wait till I see reviews and YouTube comparisons before I buy. There usually is a negative to any product and I like knowing what they are before I buy. Everything else is bought on sale. I have a serious Spellbinder die addiction - and I own a Cameo. Yea, the guilt and shame of it but I do shop these really hard to find the best prices I can. I have been making cards (on and off) for around 20 years. Personally, I find the cost of supplies these days crazy high. Stamps at $20-$25 per set seems unreasonable to me (especially since they are made out of poly in China) and I can't justify the $$ unless I see a sale that is at least 40% off.
