I am finally going to start an album about myself. I want my kids and family to see that I am someone outside of being a wife, mom and daughter. My cover page is going to be simple with
"I am enough"
How would you finish "I am"?

red on NSBR but on this thread I will make it SBR. I am going to finish my half finished albums and get my photos organized by never missing an opportunity to scrap. I am going to even scrap at home if I have to (the disorganization makes it hard)

Going to try and scrap more in 2016. Did DD and 30 Days in 2014 but not more than a few layouts this year. Also going to try for the annual "eat healthy and exercise more and be a kinder person" in 2016.

Disappointed that I spend so much time organizing and looking for new scrappy supplies.... I would like to make this a year of focusing much more on what I have and being a LOT more productive!

I am going to stop trying to make albums how I think they should be and just do what feels good to me going forward! After stating that my statement is better said "I am good enough"!

Since this is on the scrappy board, I'm guessing you are looking for a scrappy answer.  So . . . I am going to learn how to use the Cameo my dad 'bought me' for Christmas (he gives us money, so he didn't actually make the purchase) since I've been wanting one for years. I will make it worth every penny it cost and every minute I have spent dreaming about it. |

I think because I wanted it so badly for so long that now that I have it I'm afraid to use it. Or afraid it will be hard and I won't like it. I'm not sure what my hang-up is, but my lovely Cameo is still sitting in it's box. I scrap on our dining room table (which is in our basement family room - don't get me started on the bizareness of the layout of my house) and so during the holidays, I don't scrap because I pack it all up so I can entertain. Yeah. Well, the last entertaining we did was Christmas Eve. I still haven't unpacked my stuff and gotten back into the swing and I think it's because I'm putting off opening my Cameo!! I swore today was going to be the day. Yup. Well it's 4:30 and I haven't even started. Here I sit, Pea-ing instead. I promise I'll post when I finally cut something, but don't hold your breath waiting for me, lol! |
