I took a piece of beef down, I think I'll make carne guisada. Dice it up small dice, browned with some garlic/onion, s/p and a dash of cumin. A can of Ortega diced green chiles (mild) and small diced potatoes. A little water added so the potatoes cook, with the lid on. Rice and beans on the side, corn tortillas and some salsa I made earlier this week. It's blazing hot but this cooks up fast and doesn't heat up the whole kitchen.

We had orange chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn.
