Classy move by a classy lady. Nice to see a celebrity willing to hang in coach with the average Joe. Story link

It doesn't work for me either, but I also don't know who Amy Adams is, so no real problem! LOL

Amy Adams Gives Up Seat for Serviceman
Here's a link that I hope works. And Amy Adams is a movie star who was in films like Enchanted and Night in the Museum 2 and lots of others I can't recall now

I saw that story too... She took her new seat in coach, while the service member got her 1st class seat. :-)

Very nice!
It is something that happens more often than you know. Usually it's just a business person so it wouldn't make the news... more than one military member has had an unexpected upgrade and then come to the USO walking on air at the experience.

I especially liked it that she didn't make any kind of a fuss over it. Just quietly took her seat in coach.

That's nice to hear. For the first time, I witnessed a soldier coming home and seeing his family (at the airport). Very touching.

My son who is in the Airforce had that happen to him a couple of years ago. It was such a wonderful gesture of support that he will never forget. It was the only time he ever flew first class. I love Amy for doing this for another soldier.
