I bought another Cameo for our winter home. Wanted to buy an assortment of colored card stock so I could play with it. I bought the HL brand. I am open for suggestions.

I was going to say - almost any brand BUT Hobby Lobby. That stuff is horrible for cutting machines. Bazzill works well, Colormates, Michael's brand and Ranger all work well for me.

American Crafts and CTMH work the best for me. I prefer Bazzil or Stampin Up card stocks, but both are more challenging to cut in my cameo.

I have satisfactory results with the Stampin' Up cardstock using the following settings: Textured Cardstock Blade: 4 Speed: 3 (2 if the design is intricate) Thickness: 30 Having a sharp, clean blade is necessary. YMMV

I have been using a Silhouette since shortly after starting to scrap and my favorite is American Crafts. The sil and that paper have a bond or something! LOL

Another one in the "anything but HL" camp. I have good luck with American Crafts, CTMH and Bazzil.

I have the best results with Michael's Recollections brand. It's a little thinner than Bazzill, and doesn't need to be double cut.

Not Hobby Lobby and Not the packs from Joann. They are fiberous and don't cut cleanly.
I agree with others-American Craft, Bazzil, Recollections. For white print and cut, I like the big packs of Georgia Pacific 110lb cardstock from Walmart. It is found in the office supply section in a big ream.

Another BIG thumbs down for HL/Paper Studio cardstock. Horrible stuff.
If you want something economical, go to Walmart and look in the craft/paper craft area. Look for Colorbok (with a K) pads of cardstock. They will also have paper pads, but get the cardstock. I much prefer the textured paper, but the smooth cardstock is OK too. I think a pad is only $5. Cheaper than HL cardstock and it cuts much better.
It is thinner, but it cuts very nice. It is white core.
It also works very nice for Print & Cut, since the ink looks super nice on it - white or any color light enough for printing on. Again - I prefer the textured.
My favorite higher quality cardstock is American Crafts textured. Great for cut and Print&Cut.

I know this is a way old thread, but I needed to search for a white that would work. I have the Neenah white 110# cardstock and it's been giving my machine fits. It may be great for stamping on, but it's yuck for me with electronic cutting. Also I was surprised by how flimsy it is compared to the Stampin' Up! cardstock which is suppose to be only 80#.
I pulled out my Georgia Pacific and will be trying that now.

Haven't tried the Neenah 110lb but the 80lb cuts fine.

It's really fibrous and gets stuck in the blade housing and doesn't cut nicely. My Georgia Pacific has always cut nice as well, but I forgot about it until I read this thread.
