I love it!!! I wish I had a cold climate baby girl to crochet for! My granddaughter is due in a few days but she's in Florida. I have made a few hats but I don't want to inundate dd with hats that the baby may never get to use. It gets cold enough here for hats-especially for babies. I totally would have a hat on a baby the last couple of days. Not only that, because it doesn't stay cold for very long, cute cold weather baby things (like this hat!) are coveted and passed around for YEARS. (We are coming up on our coldest time of year too...so unless she lives in Key West, it will get chilly.) She's in Ocala...and I'll be there 2 weeks from today!!! I've made a few hats already...maybe I'll do this one as well. |
