I agree! I bought myself the Uggs Ansley slippers. They are worth every penny. But, I wouldn't dream of wearing them outside. Also, when I am doing a lot of baking and on my feet, I wear a pair of Asics I keep for only inside the house.
I just slip on my Merrill furry clogs to run errands.

I have a Canadian-made version of these Minnetonka moccasins that I've been loving this winter. Warm and cushiony. I have a pair of the linked mocs from last year but mine were a sparkly dark grey. LOVE them.

I got a beautiful pair of sherpa lined slippers from Vermont Country Store for Christmas. They are so comfortable and so warm...I love them!

I am on my 2nd pair of Haflinger's. The first pair lasted about 6-7 years and they just got stretched out. I love them because I USED to have plantar's fascitis. The Haflinger's helped with that immensely. I wear them strictly indoors and almost never go barefoot. I really think they have saved me a lot of foot pain. And they are super warm!

Oh! so happy to see this post. I need to find some quick slip on shoes like some of these. I moved some furniture around but where I moved my desk, there is a draft. I really need something warm but also slip proof.

I wear vionic slippers as I need the arch support. They don't have an enclosed toe, but the fluffy sole and strap keep your feet very warm . So far they have lasted far longer than m suede Emus ( like uggs ) and were well worth the £50 from qvc as they seem to have cured my plantar fasciitis *thumbsup*!
