I love what I've seen from Felicity Jane in the Silhouette store and elsewhere and I'm interested in her kits but they're pricey. Her website doesn't give a description of what to expect in your monthly kit - can any of you let me know what kinds of items are included and whether you think it's a good value? Thanks

I've been in love with FJ since last spring. I finally subbed this month. I absolutely love her designs so I don't mind paying a bit extra for a little bit less. Plus I'm a simple scrapper so I don't need tons of embellishments. The paper on the other hand, I could hoard it forever!
You get: 6 exclusive patterned papers (one is always a cut apart) 2 cardstocks A stamp set 6"x12" cut apart sticker sheet printables and cut files Alphabet stickers various embellishments like sequins, wood veneer, flair, acrylic pieces, twine, ribbon
If you search "Felicity Jane kits" on You Tube you can see several unboxing videos to give you a better idea.

I suggest you check out the unboxing videos it gives you a good idea of what is in the kit. There are also a few reviews.
What I do like about them is that you often mix and match months.

I just got my first kit this month - a one off as I'm not sure about subbing yet. I thought the amount of product was pretty good for the price. Bear in mind that the stamp set makes up a pretty large proportion of the kit value - $14.99. It's a very good size compared to a lot of kit companies who generally offer 3x4 or 2x3.
This month, I thought there was a nice range of other embellishments - an alphabet, doily, a few vellum hearts, 4 flair badges, 2 paper clips and some sequins, 2x wood veneer and 2x acrylic words and some small acrylic pieces. The digital files are for subscribers only and this month there were also some small bow embellishments for subscribers only.
I agree about looking for Jen Schow's unboxing videos on Youtube as that will give you a good feel for contents over several months.

anniefb Have you stopped your CT kits or are you still getting those? The price for FJ + International shipping seems pretty high ($22 shipping!?) especially as the Australian dollar has gone down so far from parity...I don't know, I am not convinced so far as an international. I looked at the January kit as everyone said they really loved that one, and I thought the papers looked [pretty similar to stuff that is readily available lately.) It is nice she offers such a large stamp set. I think if you love all her stamp designs then it is probably worth it. I do get the boutique idea of paying more for something more unique. I used to sub to Freckled Fawn and it wasn't a particularly good deal pricewise, but geez I loved everything they sent me.

I stopped my CT sub in Jan as I didn't really like the look of the kit - it seemed a bit disjointed in some way. I also didn't really use the stamp sets at all so decided in the end it wasn't the best fit. However, CT do offer bi-monthly shipping as a way to save costs now ($21.40 for 2 months' kits). Disadvantage is you are waiting longer for stuff to arrive. And shipping from WA is really slow - 9 or 10 days to get to LAX!!
I like FJ although I think having it as a sub it could get a bit samey each month. My goal for 2016 is to have only my Story Kit sub which I'm locked into until the end of the year, and to use up my stash of kits and other product. At the moment with the low NZ and Aus $ and increases in shipping costs, I don't think any kit club is value for money, but I agree if you really love the product it does make it more worthwhile.

Thanks anniefb that was my main concern with CT the stamps were just...plain? I don't know...I did buy my first Ali Edwards kit in January : Heart! I got the kit and stamps. It was a one off, but I love it! i might check every so often even though i don't do PL I really liked the supplies and quality of the items.

Love my Story kits impearia. Great products and inspiration every month. I use a lot of things on layouts as well as in pocket pages. The CT stamps are ok I think if you don't have many already. But my feeling was that the SB stamp is more like something you'd use for pocket pages with a lot of short phrases and words about documenting daily activities. If the NZ$ doesn't continue its downward trend next year, I might investigate a couple of other options like Hip Kit and Scraptastic. The other option is just to buy newish collections from Mei Li Paperie and get free shipping.

Thanks I think they are a good value and you can use the code SHIPWITHKIT to add things to your box from the shop (like another set of the paper) and not pay extra shipping.
