Ok, I've been up since 2:30 a.m., so please be gentle. Is it possible to have a reverse roll of ATG tape? I scrapbook so infrequently, I have to watch a youtube tutorial of how to put a new roll in. I know you need the sticky side down. You put the tape over the first roller, closest to the gun and below the second roller, farthest away. You want the sticky tape on the bottom of the second roller. So when the gun is closed, it sticks to the paper. When you put the tape on the gun, the videos show to feed the tape from the bottom. If I do that, it is not sticky. If I feed the tape from the top, it doesn't feed through the gun right.

There have been some reverse rolls. I have had a couple. There is a way to make them wind correctly. I would need to find a video for you. I do think you have to take it out of the gun and roll it all up. Press it all the way around or something like that. Let me see what I can find.

Thank you so much! I wasted so much tape trying to figure it out! All I had to do was rub the tape and transferred to the right side. The video was great! I pressed really hard and it worked.
