I was just looking through some old papers and found some Cosmo Cricket - I loved their stuff but haven't seen anything new in a long long time, now that I think about it. Did they go out of business?

They had some stuff in Joanns recently (i.e. in the last 6 months). I don't know if it was under Julie Comstock or Cosmo Cricket. It was like canvases that had embossed parts on them so when you painted that part stayed white. I don't know how well it went over as I saw a bunch of it in clearance at mine. Not sure what direction they are trying to in... cosmocricket.com

According to their Facebook page they were at CHA. I didn't hear anything about them when I heard stuff about CHA. Strange.

I don't think they make paper anymore. They do paper crafts and accesosries to make paper crafts.

I loved their paper so much! I was able to score a Dutch Girl kit for only $6 last year, but haven't used it yet I don't think. Part of me wants to save it indefinitely. A couple years ago they switched to making crafty stuff, as opposed to scrapbooking stuff. I really loved their papers!

I have CC digi supplies (so I'll never run out of "paper" unless of course my HD crashes!).
I think they moved from scrapbooking to other crafts. I just checked out their website and it looks like they are in the watercolor and canvas craze now.

For a long time, they only had colored mason jar lids on their website. I watched a video of their CHA booth, hoping for more, and they have added some kind of boards in addition to the jar lids. So weird after the beautiful, extensive and unique papercrafting items they had. It's like an alien took over the company.

i thought they were fairly big time into fabric now, producing some of their lovely papers as fabric lines?

Okay, so I LOOOOOOVVVVVVEEEEE those papers, how would I go about getting those printed in a quality manner so I could use them. I have an HP LaserJet printer, I don't think that will do the trick, is there actually someplace I could have those printed (I am willing to pay for it) and then use them for paper scrapbooking?

Costco still prints 12x12 (I think) if you order online. That would be nice quality on photo paper. I used the old Hallmark Scrapbook program about 10 years ago, and printed 12x12 papers and layouts on an Epson oversized printer. The colors on those pages still look beautiful. The paper I used was Epson matte photo paper. I just got a new large-format Epson, but haven't used it for scrapbooking layouts yet. It's my understanding that Epson inks have the best archival quality, if you're looking to invest in a printer. My experience has been very good.

I had no idea they had digital paper (and I've been on Snapclicksupply every week, but usually only look at the one buck Wednesday stuff. I just bought the Snorkel paper, I loved that when I did traditional scrap, so happy to have it again.

If you have a commercial printer in town that does digital printing, you could ask them to do it. You might take your own card stock, though. I've also noticed that Kinko's has some very impressive printers now, so you might check with them, too.

I have a bunch of their papers from their Christmas line and others that I would like to sell. If anyone is interested, please pm me for more information. I loved them back in the day, too bad they don't do scrapbooking lines anymore.

I've been looking at Basic Grey fabric for a quilt, and came across a Cosmo Cricket quilt made from the Salt Air patterns. It's very pretty. I would imagine that since they haven't designed any new paper, there is no new fabric either, just their older designs.

I've read the replies suggesting printing at printing places.
Has anybody printed on A4 printer using normal paper or cardstock? I don't want to spend lots of money but would love to have some of their papers. I have used most of my stash that I had.

Has anybody printed on A4 printer using normal paper or cardstock? I have printed on thin cardstock and on watercolour paper. My biggest tip is to change your print settings to photo to get richer colours.

I feel like I looked a while back and they were still producing things but less paper lines and more art and craft supplies. Ok, just looked and they have updated info on their FB page. Looks more mixed media. Cosmo Cricket FB page

I guess everyone is trying to reinvent themselves in this changing market.
