Do you think the way they did it, that they were saving it somehow? like downloading it to CD's, or a drive? IDK. Seems really odd how they did it, and that's the only thing I can think of.

Just out of curiosity I just checked and you can still search for stuff. I put just searched NSBR for the last 3 months and left the search term blank......pages and pages came up. So if there's anything you still need you might be able to find it.....for now.

The way they are doing it is like watching someone close to you die a slow death. I would much rather they just shut it down all at once. The big question is: will all the 2Peas smilies go *poof*.

Its strange that they're getting rid of it that way. Most websites are completely gone on the day they say it will be gone.

I'm sad to see it go. Two peas was a part of my routine.

I thought the same thing. I do wonder what Kristina and Jeff will do since this was their business. Did both of them work there full-time? I posted on another thread that I remember the 2Peas X-Mas party pictures, and then the pictures when they moved/expanded their warehouse, etc. There was so much excitement. And then remember they were having a "Decorate XXX's office" (don't remember who it was right now). There was so much excitement, and it wasn't all that long ago.
If they were both in full-time, what do they do now? I know things weren't all rosy, but I feel really bad for them and their family. 2Peas was huge, and what do they do now that it's gone?
I wish them well.

I was just looking for something in my bookmarks (on my computer, not my 2peas account) and I had, for some reason, saved a 2peas thread there way back when. When I clicked on it, the content still came up. Isn't that weird?
Granted, I'm not particularly computer literate, but I don't understand at all how and why they're closing things down like they are.

What a strange way to shut down. It's like watching something die a long and painful death, struggling to the last breath. Why not just take the site down in a "poof"? Weirdness right to the end...

That is what I was thinking yesterday, painful as watching a slow death. I wonder WHAT is going on, this isn't normal! Just wish they'd leave the gallery...

I wonder if there is some legal stuff going on behind the scenes, with any of the Garden Girls who had classes there or something like that, and they can't shut it all down yet? Because yeah, it's just odd.

I kept wondering why nothing more seemed to be disappearing yesterday. FINALLY figured it out this morning. They took the weekend off like they always did. Remember how all the nasty tear down drag out threads were safe on the weekend but would be deleted on Monday! So maybe things are safe until in the morning.
Yes, I know, I'm too invested in this! But I DO wish the gallery would remain.

My entire watch list is still there. Mine too, but some of the "best" threads are gone, if you click on them in your watchlist.

It is sad watching the slow demise of the 2Peas website. If you search for someone's name and look at their posting history from before the boards went down, you can still access the threads. Same if you search for a topic. So the links are still there, just the forums look empty. I can imagine some time tomorrow it will all disappear. So sad to see them going.

The forums look empty because nothing new has been posted. But if you click on your user name you can go to your message board posts and it's all visible, you just have to choose 3 months, not 1 month.
The whole thing is bizarre.
