I have never had an issue with downloading my purchases before. The other day I purchased two designs. Normally I will automatically be sent to my Silhouette software to download any pending orders. So currently my purchases are there in my account on the Silhouette Design site. But I can not get them into my library for some reason. I have never had this issue. I tried calling their customer service yesterday. After being on hold for 30 minutes and then giving my phone number for a call back…I got nothing. Does anyone have any ideas?

Is your software up to date? They had to add some security protocols that were required by credit card companies. This meant you had to update your software in order to connect and download files from the Silhouette Store via the software. Here is the link for the software update. Do make sure you get the UPDATE, not the full software download. Scroll down a bit to find the UPDATE area (it is a bit confusing). I got my problem solved. My software was already updated. I found that Silhouette has a great on-line help service. The women reset my recovered items to 3 (I had already tried this once to no avail). I recovered my last order and it worked. I have no idea what the issue was, except possibly I didn't do the software update until after I purchased these items. I just can't remember. Thank you for your help!
