We just got notice that school will be closed all week due to last weekend's storm. I'm not surprised. Our road still hasn't been plowed. And where plowing in subdivisions has occurred, it's only one lane in most places. It's going to be quite awhile before buses can pass through these roads.
I'm in the eastern panhandle of WV. We got 40+ inches here. I think Shepherdstown came in at the second highest snow level for this storm.
How is it where you are?

I think plows have managed to clear at least one lane in most of the county. I really doubt schools will be open the rest of the week, but the county will wait as late as possible to post notice for each day.
I live on a corner lot and the town plows really piled up the snow on my corner and my neighbor's corner. There is no way we're shoveling out of that. If it took heavy machinery to put it there, my shovel isn't going to be able to clear it. Normally the town says 24 hrs to clear sidewalks after snow stops. After that you get hit with a $150 fine. They have now amended that to Wednesday, but just going to the grocery store last night, I saw that almost no sidewalks were cleared. They're going to need to extend their time period further.
One of the advantages of working from home is well, you work from home. The disadvantage is that there's no snow day for me! LOL I have done a lot of decluttering, sorting for donation, cooking up big pots of stews and baking. We also worked on a puzzle and played a lot of games over the weekend.

they haven't made the call for our county the rest of the week but I don't see how school will be in. Half the neighborhoods are still impassable.
My street never actually saw a plow so today the neighbors just came out with shovels and got the job done. We can all get out now. Sometimes you just have to take matters in your own hands.
I haven't been out since this time Friday so I don't know what it's like outside. I will venture to the store later to see if they have any food. They hadn't had deliveries as of yesterday when my dad was there so I guess we'll see.

Slowly. We saw a snow plow today so now there's a lane to get out of the developement if we have to. Otherwise, we're just chilling at home... we have no place we have to be or go.

It all melted here yesterday! Sun was out and we had a high of 50. School was out yesterday, but that was because it was still frozen and icy in most neighborhoods... Until late afternoon when it really warmed up.
Now we are back in the normal routine of things.

Dh is headed out this afternoon for the first time since Friday. So we'll have to see what his report is. I could really use a trip to the grocery store at this point! I need to get back to the gym, too .

The main roads into and out of our housing community are two lanes. Our street is still a one lane with large snow piles on either side and pushed into our cul de sac. We've only walked down our block to check things out. I imagine the "outside world" is in better shape than we are.

The main roads are clear in my little city, but some neighborhoods are still iffy. Today it got up to 44 degrees so a lot has melted away. I am frustrated that our kids are out of school again tomorrow. We go to a small private school. We have been out since last Friday. The public schools in our area already have a planned day off on Friday so I doubt they will go back to school Thursday for just 1 day.
