I like most things TH but crayons will take some convincing.... I've missed news of these, not convinced either. Do they skip out, leave blank spots? I can't picture the distressed part.

crayons will take some convincing Haha, I was curious about those too! I watched the CHA video (I think that's the one) of him using them. You can thin them out with water and blend. He started talking about pigments and water reactive and it got to be some NASA sh*t and I got confused, so I kind of tuned out. But they did look pretty cool!

I have not researched these crayons at sll, but how are they different than water color crayons? I have a big set of those from Stampin' Up! that I never use!

I am pretty sure the TH crayons would be something like crayon d'ache by neocolor which are an artist water soluable crayon, except in TH colous! Cool, but certainly not at all new.

The main difference between them and Neocolors or Gelatos seemed to be that they dry relatively permanent, which is pretty neat for mixed media. They also look a lot bigger for the price! There didn't seem to be anything "distress" about them except for the color matching.

I saw him doing some resist type stuff - they seemed like they didn't move much if you didn't intend them to, which I really like. I definitely want to try them.
