Dishes, I have a stack in the sink that need handwashed but I've ran the dishwasher several times and keep overlooking them. Cleaning the toilets, I'm out of the disposable scrubber head things and keep forgetting to buy more. Washing my bedskirt. Our box spring has sat naked while the skirt is in the bottom of the hamper for a while. Im not even sure why I pulled it off now, I think DH spilled a drink on it from the night table.
I just am not motivated to keep up with housework in the summer, in my mind its relax time.

Quite a bit! We got home last week from a fabulous 3 week vacation and I just can't seem to get back into the swing of things.

Everything, all I accomplished today was to read a book, sigh.

Deal with the stuff in the house that needs dealing with. I would rather go out and do stuff than stay home and do nothing...like some people here.

Call & reschedule a doctor's appt. Whenever I think about doing it, it is either their lunch time or after hours. I sooooooooo need to do this too!

Go to the gym. I have been walking about 3-4 miles a day but I haven't been to anything but yoga in a while.

Take stuff to Goodwill that I cleaned out of my closet a looooooooong time ago. Purge/organize files on my laptop so I can actually work effectively. But now I'm on a brief summer break so I don't want to do work stuff! Gah, I'm so lazy (see username for verification).

I have to go through old clothes and clear out a cabinet, as well as some old buckets of toys and get them ready for donation.

Some stuff in the yard and flower beds. One thing leads to another while working out there so I have been procrastinating.

I want to say everything but that isn't really true. I'll go with clean a pan that's been on my counter for about a week! The rest of my kitchen is clean, though. Also - I have a box to tape up and mail that's been hanging out on my dining table...

Finish unpacking from our vacation. We got back Sunday. Five days ago. ugh. I find that I either unpack right away or leave stuff in suitcases/bags for longer than I care to admit.

I need to take at least a dozen bin bags full of old clothes to the charity shop. The contents are laundered, but the bags will not put themselves into the boot of my car. They glare at me rebukingly every time I pass them on the landing, and I glare back, but we get no further than that.

Mine was to put away the truckload of items that landed in my basement after the women's retreat that I organized for my church. Retreat was over 3 weeks ago. I finally did that yesterday -- but only because the A/C had gone out upstairs and I was hanging out downstairs anyway.

Get my car washed and return some clothes (via mail) to Old Navy.
I did get a couple things checked off my to-do list today, so I was at least a tiny bit productive. But in general, I procrastinate everything!

For me it's more about grieving and trying to find my new normal. My parents moved into the city on Valentine's day after living on an acreage for 30+ years. The next week my dad was admitted to the hospital with chest pain. They discovered he had colon cancer (on the outside of his colon so no real symptoms). Three months later he was dead. I had to step up to the plate and do everything from having him cremated to settling his estate and getting my mother's widow's pensions sorted out. My life got put on the back burner, i only did what I had to for my kids. Now, a month after my dad's death and I am struggling to get housework done. Thankfully it's summer vacation now. I need to get my ducks in a row again.

Maybe, possibly, this afternoon mine will decide to relocate to my car.........!!!

Clean and purge my scrap room. I only use it to make cards and lately I just seem to keep getting more stuff out and working over the top of what I had out before. Plus I need to let go of so much stuff now I digiscrap but it's so hard. I have a room full of absolutely beautiful scrapbooking supplies. It is all so pretty!

There will just be more to do tomorrow so why take the time to do it today, right? I like the way you think! me too - and pretty well much how I feel about housework too.

So many things but right now -
* prep for dinner * finish tidying our bedroom (shameful when the children have tidied theirs & I haven't!) * replied (for the second time) to an email from a fussy parent about an incident at cub scouts that was over & done with before she got her knickers in a knot (I'm leaving in 3 weeks & so thankful!)
However, I AM checking our travel insurance for our upcoming trip (& just as well as it appears it covers dh & I but not the children!) ETA - apparently they ARE covered....surely that's enough effort for one day?!

I promised my SO a cake and cookies for a coworker of his that's a friend. It's due Tuesday. So far I've baked the cookies and baked/filled the cake. I still have to decorate the cookies, make fondant decorate the cake and make chocolate tools for the cake and decorate those. /sigh I sometimes go a bit overboard when I agree to do things for him lol

Straighten my hair. Ugghh it's so hot and the blow dryer and flat iron make me sweat, even with the AC on.

OH gosh this is a reminder of a thread I started at the bucket. Actually I just typed out pucket. I was think 2peas and bucket and pucket came out! LOL I posted about what were people putting off doing. One of the things I wrote was theme nights for a family camp we have this month. Here is now much closer and I still haven't done it. I need to throw ONE night together. I need to pull off one night for a family of 4. I hate costumes. It is a serious amount of detail to me that I just don't care about. Until I am there every year and think man I wish I had done just ONE of the theme nights! I just see if my dh wants to plan it!
