I work from home and have to have a "landline" (VOIP is fine, just not mobile). I got one through Comcast, because we already had tv and internet with them and it was easy. Now we're coming up on two years of service and the great deal we got for bundling all three expires. They won't renew the deal, and anyway, we want to reduce our tv services and the phone service is overpriced ($30/mo). So, we're looking for another service at a reasonable price. I've heard good things about Ooma, but haven't made a decision.
I'd love to hear pea reviews of Ooma or other VOIP options.
