Pampered Chef also makes a brownie pan that is just individual wells, kind of like a muffin pan but square instead. For four edges on each brownie.

In mini muffin tins so that every single bite will be an edge.

:::whispers::: I don't like crispy brownie edges. I like the gooey ones in the middle of the pan. Dead center is my favorite! Same here. I always try and save the center ones for me . My husband usually cuts a piece (in some odd shape) right out of the middle. The boys then fight over the rest of the non-edge pieces.
