On the toenails, I have a problem of white under the nail and it is pushing the nail out,the nail is thick. Has anyone used it for this? I went to the foot doctor and he gave me a kind of nail polish to put on the nail and it did not work. Penlac I think was the polish name. Now it is on the other nails as well. I know there is a pill but the doctors do not like to prescribe it cause it can cause liver damage. I tried a few years ago the tree oil ,full strength and it made the small toe (at the time just the one the sm. toe ) it made it very red on the skin around the nail. So if I try this again what can I use to dilute it down and by how much? Half tea tree ,half whatever to dilute it ? I so want to clear this up...any suggestions welcomed...

Amazon has been really "weird" this week. Billing issues on their side, not being able to talk to a person to clear it up, suspending my account-activating-suspending-activating in a five hour timeframe, no price matching, bugging you for feedback/reviews then taking it down. I think someone is in a really, really, really bad mood. I normally really like shopping online at Amazon but I had to take my business elsewhere these past 24 hours.

Really, Amazon? You took down my review because:
Sorry, we are unable to accept your review of this product. Amazon does not permit reviews from customers whose relationship to the product or seller may be perceived as biased or who have previously submitted a review on the product that did not comply with our Customer Reviews Guidelines.
I've never had a review taken down before. Why are they hatin' on tea tree oil?
ETA: if I'm in a relationship with the product or seller should I go ahead and post it to FB? are you one of those tree huggers? for pete's sake girl, don't kiss and tell!

I have a few authors as "friends" on fb, I can't review their books because of it, they are removed. And I don't know how Amazon knows that.

I have been told that Vicks ointment works. Supposedly works as well as the pills but takes about 6 months. Coat the nail and under edge of nail every day. (comes in that little green bottle) Most people won't continue to use it for 6 months and that is why it is not popular.
