I've looked at lots of posts from CHA and I'm not seeing many travel lines.
I really think the only one I've seen is You Are Here by Simple Stories and it's more Florida/beachy than travel. Also Happy Camper by MME is ok.
Am I missing something? Is there another CHA or mini-lines or something that get released later?
It's not like I don't have enough stash to make my travel journal for our vacation this Summer but I was hoping for something new.

I think there is a Kaisercraft new line. Might be mixing this up with another manufacturer, but I think it's called "Let's Go!"

Echo Park has a bunch coming out. State Side, Old World Travel (Carta Bella), as well as beachy stuff.
Just an aside - why do all the scrapbooking companies think that the only vacation spot for people is the beach? Have they heard of other types of vacations - cities, museums and such?! (And not just New York). Thankfully, Hero Arts came out with a cityscape type stamp. I have to use it on most of my vacation LOs. LOL

I got some of the MME Happy Camper a few days ago and I really like it. We're a very outdoorsy family, and this works for even just day trips for hiking, fishing, etc.
I also love the state specific papers Echo Park is coming out with.
But I'm not sure of much else out there.

Bo Bunny Beach Therapy is new. I am waiting to find that. Prenticekid I hear what you are saying, but I do love a beach vacation. I live in a landlocked state and even I can find beach paper at all my local paper places. Have you looked at ScrapYour Trip? They have paper for many different places.

There's some good stuff in the bella blvd line. That will definitely come to ACOT. I think they get all their lines. And I'm definitely liking Happy Camper. Just last year we had Crate Paper's summer line but it was great for travel. And the Journey from the year before was awesome. I used up every bit of it.
Is it too early maybe? I remember being excited about more stuff last year...

Unless you have a LSS, the online stores are going to have to carry all 50 states unless it is prepacked in groups, then what happens when you want Washington and the pack comes with West Virginia and Wyoming that you have no use for? Just curious. I usually don't buy travel lines because I don't have a use for Eiffel Tower paper or globes. Maybe I'm too literal...

Actually, I have a great LSS that has 2 aisles of travel specific items. I don't really use specific items that much. I guess where I'd like to see something different is in paper collections. Some city-scape paper. Or how about road side attractions for road trips? And, here's a beachy example of how we don't all take the same vacation or trips: the beach I go to is in Erie, PA. It isn't all boardwalks and dolphins! LOL So, I do buy some beach stuff, it would just be nice if paper companies would branch out - especially Echo Park with its mini collections. I could design it for them, if they wanted some help in that area. LOL

I have found landscapes of a few famous skylines, but nothing that is current. It would be perfect for Echo Park to do mini collections for trips. It is only a few sheets and not a larger pack. You should email them.

I'm working on scrapping my recent trip to London and I ended up just using colors and some generic travel items like planes and globes as embellishments to pull the album together. I might get some stickers from M's or J's or somewhere if I think I need it, but I think the picture of Big Ben will pretty much do the trick of showing where I am, LOL!
I'm not a very "literal" scrapper. I'd rather use a color scheme to coordinate with a theme than actual themed embellishments. It helps keep my stash down in size and helps me stretch my other supplies. I can see wanting bright, tropical looking stuff for a trip to Hawaii and the camping themed lines seem popular, but I'm not much of a camper. Although now that I think about it, we are going on a mother/daughter retreat in April that's at a summer camp and we will be doing some hiking and ropes courses, etc. so I might use some then.

Have fun on your retreat! I love camping! There is something very relaxing about it. No phone calls, no housework, no work work. Just friends/family and my dogs.
